A check for the rebated amount will be issued to the account holder. An email notification is sent when the check is issued.

Equipment and services must be purchased and installed between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025 - Rebate application must be submitted within 90 days of equipment purchase and be postmarked or submitted online by October 10, 2025.

JEA currently offer rebates in the form of an instant discount on many eligible ENERGY STAR certified products at participating Lowes and The Home Depot stores located within our service area. JEA instant discount stickers are displayed next to products eligible to receive the instant discount. The discount is reflected on the item at the time of purchase, and your sales receipt will not include any instant discount messaging. These items are eligible for an instant discount at Lowes and Home Depot:

  • Air purifier
  • Dehumidifier
  • Room Air Conditioners
  • Multi-stream rotational nozzle heads

To receive a rebate, you will need to complete an application and submit it along with a copy of your receipt that clearly shows date of purchase and total cost.

  • Ensure that the model is either ENERGYSTAR certified or WaterSense labeled as required.
  • The model number may include a wildcard that can be replaced by any letter or digit and still accurately capture what is covered by the model's certifications. The model number may contain letters x or y, an asterisk (*), a pound (#).
