  • Instant discounts at participating Lowe's or Home Depot stores. Look for the JEA signs on eligible models. 
  • Get a $50 rebate on a recently purchased ENERGY STAR® certified smart thermostat qualifying purchases. Limit two (2) rebates per service address.

Instant Discount: Go to a participating Lowe's or Home Depot store and make your purchase in store at a price that features the JEA instant rebate. Look for the JEA signs on eligible models.

Apply Online: Apply online to receive the smart thermostat rebate, or download the application and email the completed application to jearesidentialrebates@franklinenergy.com. If you purchased your smart thermostat from a participating Lowe's or Home Depot, the rebate was applied in the form of an instant discount at the time or purchase, and no additional rebates are applicable.
