You can receive your rebate as an in-store discount at the time of purchase - no rebate form required. This is available for ENERGY STAR certified thermostats that are purchased in-store at participating Lowe's and Home Depot stores.

You must be a JEA residential electric customer and purchase an ENERGY STAR® certified smart thermostat online, at your nearest retailer or by submitting a rebate application.
Rebate application must be submitted within 90 days of purchase/installation and postmarked or submitted online no later than October 10, 2026.

Shop Online: To unlock your discount, simply enter your JEA account number at checkout.

Instant Discount: Go to a participating Lowe's or Home Depot store and make your purchase in store at a price that features the JEA instant rebate. Look for the JEA signs on eligible models.

Apply Online: Apply online to receive the smart thermostat rebate, or download the application and email the completed application to jearesidentialrebates@franklinenergy.com. If you purchased your smart thermostat from a participating Lowe's or Home Depot, the rebate was applied in the form of an instant discount at the time or purchase, and no additional rebates are applicable.
