This is a public meeting to review the completed evaluations.

Person needing special accommodations to participate in the above hearing, please call (904) 665-6155 no later than two (2) days before the meeting in order to make arrangements. If a person decides to appeal any decisions made by JEA with respect to any matter considered at the proceedings, for the purpose of such appeal, that person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
