Florida Relay

Florida Relay is a service provided to residents in the State of Florida who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf/Blind, or Speech Disabled that connects them to standard (voice) telephone users. Through the use of highly trained Operators, calls can be made 24/7, 365 days a year, allowing our Florida residents who are in need of Relay services to connect and communicate with anyone at any time.

In the event you experience property damage caused by JEA’s operations or vehicles, please contact Tiaunna (Tia) Farmer, JEA Risk Management Claims Associate, to report your claim. She may be reached at (904) 776-7352 or farmtb@jea.com. It is JEA’s policy to respond to customers' claims promptly and fairly. We evaluate each claim case by case, based on the information you provided and our investigation, which may involve the review of records, interview of employees or witnesses, and a technical evaluation.
